Below you will find information on which products and platforms are being retired, what we’re replacing them with, and the steps you need to take to ensure uninterrupted access to your Equifax solutions. Products not listed below will continue to be offered until further notice.

Why are these products being discontinued?

We are retiring products and platforms that are older versions of current solutions Equifax offers, are obsolete, or no longer function to a satisfactory standard. In some cases, we will be replacing products with newer versions. In instances when a direct replacement is not available, we will provide assistance to you in selecting alternate products. (Additional cost may apply.)

What do I need to do if my product is being retired?

This will depend on whether you purchase Consumer or Commercial products (or both), and how you connect to us to access those products.

If you access your products via the web (http://www.equifax.ca/credit), please reach out to your Equifax account manager or send an email to the Client Migration Team at yourmigration@equifax.com to discuss your new product options and migration process.

If you access your products via a system-to-system connection, you will also need to update to the new secure endpoint APIs. Visit https://solutions.equifax.ca/migration_resources_EN for more information. Once you have completed the endpoint migration, you will be able to update your products by contacting your Equifax account manager or the Client Migration Team at yourmigration@equifax.com.
